Here is a great upper body HIIT workout that is sure to blast your upper body. Remember to always scale back or scale up if you need too. All you will need is a 1 liter water bottle to use as a weight. Sounds simple right? Check the deetz below.
Stretch really good
12 reps Bent Over Pushups or Handstand Pushups
12 reps Tricep Kickback (1 liter water bottle in each hand for weight)
12 reps Wide Arm Pushups
Rest 30 seconds to 1 minute after you have completed all the 3 rounds consecutively.
12 Side Plank w Later Raise (1 liter water bottle for weight in hand)
12 Chair Dips
Stretch Really Good.
