Are your Abs Summer Ready?
What's up Warriors!
I hope you are all setting those goals and crushing them. Summer is approaching fast, and you know the pool and beach are calling your name. Nothing is worst than being at the pool/beach and being not comfortable in your own skin. Check out these 5 tips to get them abs looking mighty fine!
1) You must BURN FAT
It really doesn't matter if you do 8 million crunches a day or get suckered into some infomercial on tv to buy some crazy gadget. The bottom line is you must get your nutrition on point to burn fat. So it's time to get dialed in, and I mean start taking it serious, put the donuts and pizza down. Start fortifying your body with super foods!
2.) Play with Your Carbs
There are a few tricks you can do with your Carb intake. You can try Carb cycling which gets great results. Also, simply lowering your carb intake. When the body doesn't get enough fuel from carbs it looks to the fat storage for that fuel, in a nutshell. Don't eliminate carbs completely bc that is huge misconception. Sitick with complex carbs like sweet potatoes, brown rice, and of course lots of green veggies.
3.) Cardio Interval Training
You all know I'm big on this style of training. I even gave you a free workout for this. So many benefits. This method you burn fat well after you're done training. And you can get your training done much faster, instead of jogging for an hour and being super bored.
Example of this is: 5-10 sprints (1 minute) then walk (1 minute) you can do 5 sets of this.
4.) Kill Them Abs

5.) Get Your Cheat Meal In!
Getting in that cheat meal is super important. If you are eating super clean all the time, you deserve that cheat meal so you never feel like you are missing out on anything. Also its great for fat burning. Your metabolism will kick into high gear. Remember that is one cheat meal, not 5 cheat meals in one day lol.
